Shipping & Returns
MADE TO ORDER
All our pieces are made to order. They are made, one by one, by our hands in our workshop located in Rota. No two pieces are exactly the same, as the production process itself means that each one has slight variations, for example in the colour and texture of the enamel after firing, which makes them totally unique works of art.
PRODUCTION TIMES
Production times for each piece are approximately 40 days after order confirmation. For orders of more than 10 pieces, please consult estimated times.
PACKAGING
All our pieces are properly packaged to ensure that they are transported in the safest way. To protect them during shipment, we double pack them. A first box contains the piece itself, wrapped in its corresponding bubble protection, and a second box contains that box with the piece.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs will always be charged to the customer. In the final purchasing process you will get the valuation of these shipping costs. In the case of countries outside the European Union, the customer will also be responsible for any charge, tax or duty set by the country of destination. Any costs arising from the non-acceptance of such charges shall be borne by the customer. Return shipments will not be accepted due to disputes originated by the customer with the corresponding customs services (see returns).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our pieces are handmade, made to order and specifically for each customer, so we do not accept exchanges, cancellations or returns (returns will only be accepted for transport incidents, see next point). In case of rejection of an order by the customer due to a dispute with the customs corresponding to the country of destination, Verynoi Studio will not accept such return nor will it be responsible for any expense or shipment derived from such non-conformity.
The Right of Withdrawal does not apply by virtue of the exception contained in Article 103, Chapter III, Title III, of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November), case c): "the supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalised".
INCIDENTS AND CLAIMS
All our shipments are insured against any possible incident. If your piece has suffered any damage during transport, we will be responsible for replacing it as soon as possible. The parts must be checked within 72 hours of receipt of the shipment. After this time, Verynoi does not guarantee the treatment of claims or incidents.
